Our Family
At Wells & Co, our family story sits at the heart of everything we do. As we enter our 150th year, it’s a good moment to celebrate how far we’ve come and to look ahead to the people who will carry our name into the future. We’re now proudly in our fifth generation, with Peter Wells as Chief Executive Officer. Alongside Peter, several family members play key roles across the business:

The Next Gen Programme
Get Involved
Led by Mark Broad, Next Gen brings together family members from around the world. It’s designed to keep everyone connected and informed – whether that’s sharing updates from across Wells & Co, exploring opportunities for work experience or mentorship, or simply creating space for the next generation to share ideas on how we engage as a family-led business.
Throughout the year, Next Gen blends in-person meet-ups with online sessions, giving members regular opportunities to get involved. It also provides a dedicated channel for communication and connection, helping us build a strong pipeline of future leaders and ensuring our family heritage remains central to the company’s long-term vision.
